Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM) is looking for a Project Officer to support implementing the mercury phase-out project in Guyana in partnership with WWF and Institute of Research and Development (IRD). Position based in Georgetown with missions to the mining areas. Great position to learn and create a positive impact in Small-scale Gold Mining Sector (ASM) and work with strategic partners.

Length: One year from the signing of the contract
Contractor: Alliance for Responsible Mining, Europe (France)
Objective: Play a support role to the technical coordinator of the "Supporting Mercury Phase-out in the Guianas" (2020-2023) at the national level (Guyana).
